What type of repairs does it include?
- Repair of breaks
- Basic repainting: (nail, lip, eyebrow, mottling and veins review)
- Rematified
- Joining of limbs (we do not include reconstruction of limbs or body parts)
- Gluing of eyes
- Fluid system tune-up
- Eyelash repair
We do not undertake:
- We will cover the shipping costs (except in cases where the repair is due to a technical failure on our part)
- Replacing or fixing the hair; Replacing the entire hair has an additional cost of 200€.
- For partial hair arrangements you must contact us to request a quote.
This repair insurance will come into effect from the moment of purchase.
It will only be valid for the original purchaser (we will not be responsible for babies that have been purchased second-hand or that have been painted by another artist).
All repairs will only be carried out in the event of damage, with a maximum of 2 times. But we know that you are responsible and careful people and that you will not need to use these two opportunities because you surely want the best for your baby, just like us.

You have ordered your silicone baby, but before sending it to your home we will send you a photo and if the hair color is darker than you thought...or you don't like how those blue eyes match the skin tone...don't worry!!!

Replacement in case of technical failure.
The materials and techniques we use are backed by the more than 1,000 babies we have delivered around the world. But if you notice that something is not right, let us know and if something has gone wrong, we will take charge, collect it and check it.
In the event of a technical failure, we will replace your baby with one with the same characteristics.

Yes, you read that right. To date, we have 100% satisfied customers, and to prove that what you read is what you will find at home when you receive your order...we are going to offer you a money-back guarantee!!!
If you are not satisfied with the baby when it arrives, you have 24 hours to let us know. We will send a courier to collect the package. When it arrives at the CocoReborn workshop, we will check that everything is as it was when we sent it. If you are not satisfied with the solution of changing the model or replacing it, we will refund the amount paid, excluding the reservation and shipping costs. Important: we do not offer refunds of the reservation payment.
The reservation is made by paying a deposit, which serves to formalize a mutual commitment. CocoReborn undertakes to make a baby of your choice on the dates indicated, and you agree to pay for it.
If for any financial reason you are unable to make the payment, the deposit will be valid for two years, during which time you can finish paying for the baby or exchange it for another product, but in no case do we offer a refund of the amount of said reservation.
