Booking and payment

To make a reservation, a deposit of at least €200 is required. The maximum delivery time per order is two months. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or PayPal (a 3% fee applies for PayPal payments). Once the baby is finished, we will send you photos and if you like it, you can complete the payment to be sent within two to three working days.

Taxes and customs

The price includes IVA except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union. In these cases, the customer will have to assume the costs of the taxes corresponding to the customs of each destination.

Payment in installments

CocoReborn silicone babies are unique, handcrafted sculptures that are expensive due to their demanding and laborious production and the high cost of the highest quality materials. That is why we offer you the possibility of placing orders through personalized payment plans. The baby will only be sent when the budgeted payment is paid in full. You can start today by making a deposit of €200 and contacting us to choose the amount and payment method.

Taxes and customs

The shipment will be made by our courier service within 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination. Before shipment, you will receive photos of the baby to claim any objections regarding it before it is sent.

The package

Each baby travels to your home with shipping insurance in a very nice and rigid box, well protected, along with a Welcome Kit. The baby will arrive dressed in exclusive clothing from our CocoReborn Boutique along with high quality accessories, which may include a swaddle, a toiletry bag, a diaper, a pacifier, mattifying powder, a brush, lipstick, a hairbrush. It also includes a certificate of authenticity, maintenance manual, adoption certificate, postcard, badge and CocoReborn sticker.

Warranty

CocoReborn offers a one-year warranty for the original purchaser, assuming responsibility for any defect considering that it could have been a technical fault, assuming responsibility for fixing or replacing it along with the shipping costs. We want your baby to always look beautiful. If due to misuse your baby has suffered a slight break (less than 2cm), we can carry out the repair free of charge as a courtesy as soon as possible, if the breakage is greater we will provide a quote or a discount to replace it, with the owner being responsible for the shipping costs.

All purchases made on our website (from now on)www.cocoreborn.com) by the client (hereinafter "the Client") will be subject to the General Conditions of Purchase set forth in this document.

If any aspect of the purchase is not covered therein, it will be regulated according to the legislation in force in Spain.

The order placed by the Customer implies his/her agreement and acceptance of these General Conditions of Purchase. No stipulation made by the Customer regarding these Conditions of Purchase may differ from those established by CocoReborn, S.L.U. (hereinafter CocoReborn).

All information contained in the web pages www.mercedesalvarez.com Regarding the articles, their characteristics, their prices, their purchase conditions including their methods and conditions of collection and payment may be modified by mercedesalvarez.com at any time and without prior notice, in order to keep the general public promptly informed of such changes.

Some aspects of the current General Conditions of Purchase may be varied by special agreement between the Client and CocoReborn, always with the express consent of CocoReborn.

1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

1.1 Except for typographical errors or omissions, the characteristics as well as the prices of the articles available for sale are perfectly reflected in the different web pages that make up the site www.cocoreborn.com. 

1.2 The price of the items and any of their characteristics may be subject to revision by CocoReborn at any time, without it having any obligation to notify the Customer of such modifications by any means other than the display of such changes on its web pages. On the other hand, except for the correction of typographical errors, once the purchase of an item has been made, CocoReborn will undertake to maintain the price in force for the Customer at the time the order was placed.

1.3 TAXES:

1.3.1 The prices displayed by CocoReborn on its website include taxes. VAT (Value Added Tax) will only apply to Customers whose current residence is located within the specific application areas for this tax and when the customer's situation so requires, respecting in any case the Spanish and European laws regarding it.

1.3.2 In addition to the taxes applied to the sale, the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.

1.3.3 Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories, so purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping costs).

13.4 For purchases made in countries outside the European Union, the Customer will assume the costs of the fees corresponding to the customs of each destination country, except for those countries that are exempt.

2. ORDERS

2.1 It will be understood that the Client has read, understands and freely accepts these General Conditions of Purchase when he/she places his/her order through the purchase forms on the CocoReborn website by accepting (checking) the box provided for this purpose.

2.2 Since there are links on the web www.cocoreborn.com for the free viewing of these General Conditions of Purchase, these will also apply to products requested through any means other than the Internet order form (by email, by telephone, by instant messaging or in person).

2.3 CocoReborn will always reserve the right to accept or deny at its sole discretion any request for purchase, extension, renewal, modification or change of any of the items displayed on its web pages.

2.4 The Client confirms that both the personal data and the payment and shipping data provided to CocoReborn are real and reliable. If Coco Reborn verifies that any or all of said data is false, the purchase will be automatically cancelled and the Client will not be able to claim any refund regarding the expenses derived from the management.

2.5 In the event that the Client provides data from a third person or entity when making the purchase, the Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring that said third person or entity is aware of and expressly accepts such situation. All liability for any damages that may arise from this fact shall fall entirely on the Client, excluding Coco Reborn from any liability.

2.6 Any indication or query that the client makes in the sections intended for comments in the order or in communications following the order will be taken as merely informative and will not in any case condition the purchase made (the merchandise requested, the method of payment, the shipping times, the delivery and by extension, any of the present Conditions of Purchase).

2.7 Likewise, Coco Reborn reserves the right to hold an order pending any information required from the customer. In such case, shipping times will be delayed in relation to the time taken by the customer to respond.

2.8 Personalized Babies

2.8.1 In the case of custom-made babies with special characteristics and specifications of the Client, i.e. babies made according to the Client's requests and clearly personalized, they will have to be reserved with a deposit payment of €200.00 in the usual way that Coco Reborn allows on its website. This reservation amount will never be returned to the Client, even if the baby is returned.

2.8.2 Once the baby is finished, Coco Reborn with the Client's specifications, we send different photos so that the Client can check that the baby fits his/her tastes, if so, he/she will have to complete the rest of the payment within a maximum period of 48 hours. If due to special circumstances the Client is unable to make the payment within the established period, he/she must contact us by email at info@mercedesalvarez.com or via WhatsApp at 622914850 to request an extension in time, the maximum of this will be 12 months starting from the day of the reservation, after this time if the baby is not paid for it will be put up for sale. If the Client who made the reservation wants the baby again, they will have to make the purchase again.

2.8.3 If the baby made according to the Client's requests upon receiving the photographs sent, the Client finds that it does not fit his/her tastes, he/she may request the appropriate changes before it is sent to the Client.

2.8.4 Each baby is made individually, by hand by professionals who take all possible care in its creation, despite this there may be cases in which the baby has some characteristic that is not exactly the same as your order, small variations that are given by being handmade and that makes them unique and different pieces from each other, therefore the Client must understand that there may be variation in the modeling, size, hair, color or eyes. This is why the Client can check in the photos that are sent to them if it is to their liking or not, photos taken and sent without digital retouching or filters, what they see is the same baby that is sent to them and they can say before shipping if they keep it or want some changes.

2.9 Authentication Certificate

2.9.1 Each baby includes an original certificate of authenticity with a Coco Reborn serial number, each baby has its own number according to our numbering and is registered in our database.

2.9.2 The Certificate is delivered signed, serialized and with a metallic guarantee sticker.

2.9.3 Coco Reborn respects copyright and will terminate the Client status of anyone who infringes such rights. Copying, reproducing and distributing all or part of Coco Reborn babies is prohibited and any infringement of such rights may constitute a criminal offense.

2.10 Each baby is sent protected by a rigid box to avoid possible damage. The content of this is a personalized welcome letter, the baby dressed wrapped in a blanket, authentication certificate, manual and a Coco Reborn maintenance kit that includes mattifying powder, a thick brush, Vaseline for the pacifier and a toothbrush for the hair and two diapers. In addition to some Coco Reborn gifts available depending on the model such as a pacifier, boby, socks, bib, headband, or bottle ... all are at the choice of Coco Reborn subject to change depending on availability and no claims by the Client will be accepted about them.

2.11 The Client must be responsible and careful with the baby, following at all times the instructions in the maintenance and care manual to avoid damage.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1 The Client is responsible for the payment of invoices even when a third party intervenes on behalf of the Client, so the responsibility when providing authentication, access or identification data to a third party is solely and exclusively of the Client.

3.2 Coco Reborn will issue the corresponding invoice for the products purchased and it will be sent to the Customer by email so that later and if desired, it can be printed on paper to have it physically available.

3.3 In the event of a chargeback made to a credit card/paypal whose cause of the return is not due to an error directly attributable to Coco Reborn, the Client will be charged an additional fee of 5% on the value of the returned amount, which will make up the costs incurred both in bank commissions and in collection management. This amount will be charged to the Client in the terms and forms that Coco Reborn considers appropriate.

3.4 In any case, Coco Reborn always reserves the right to decline an order or modify its method or type of payment as it deems appropriate.

3.5 PAYMENT METHODS:

The Customer can select the payment method that best suits him/her, and can pay for his/her order by bank deposit or transfer, credit card and PayPal. All payments will be made in EUROS and free of any bank commission or other expenses derived from the transactions. The final amount to be paid is the price indicated on the product.

3.5.1 Deposits or bank transfers made from Spain as well as Pay-pal.

3.5.1.1 The Client must make the transfer or deposit the corresponding payment into the IBAN Bank Account number provided when placing the order.

3.5.1.2 When making payment, it is important that you indicate the order number assigned to you in the concept or subject of the bank document. You must make the deposit or transfer within 48 hours of placing the order, otherwise your reservation will expire.

3.5.1.3 For the payment verification process, you must send us the bank receipt of the payment by email to info@mercedesalvarez.com or via WhatsApp at 622914850. In any case, the order will not be considered effective until our management department has bank confirmation of payment, which is when the order will be processed.

3.5.1.4 Payment for the purchase amount must be received by Coco Reborn free of bank fees or other expenses arising from the transaction.

3.5.2 Transfers made from outside Spain.

3.5.2.1 In addition to the provisions of the previous section, you must take into account that any bank commissions for currency exchange will be borne by the client.

3.5.2.2 When ordering an international transfer, the Customer must always inform his/her bank that it will be responsible for any bank fees and costs arising from the transaction. Otherwise, Coco Reborn may stop the shipment of your order if it does not receive the full amount.

3.5.3 Payments by credit card charge (Authorized by the entity).

3.5.3.1 This is the usual form of card payment on the Internet. In this type of payment, the transaction is authorized by the entity issuing the customer's card by connecting through the payment gateway (virtual POS) of Coco Reborn's bank.

3.5.3.2 The client will access a controlled environment in which he will directly provide his card details to said entity, which will connect him with his bank/savings bank to authorize the operation.

In this way, payment will be made directly, legitimately and securely, maintaining the privacy of the card information at all times.

3.5.3.3 Credit card fraud is a crime, and Coco Reborn will prosecute anyone who makes or attempts to make a fraudulent transaction or scam.

3.5.4 Payment via PAY-PAL.

3.5.4.1 The customer can select this payment method to pay for purchases. By doing so, they will be connected to the PayPal environment so that they can identify themselves as a user and complete the payment. Likewise, if they do not have a PayPal account, the customer can use this company's payment gateway to make the payment by credit card.

3.5.4.2 A 3% commission will be applied to this payment method on the amount of all purchases.

3.5.4.3 Credit card fraud is a crime, and Coco Reborn will prosecute anyone who makes or attempts to make a fraudulent transaction or scam.

3.5.5 Payment in installments

3.5.5.1 The Client who has purchased a baby may contact Coco Reborn and request payment in installments, being able to choose the monthly amount they wish to pay and the payment method, with a minimum of €100.00 per month, plus a €200.00 deposit. Coco Reborn will study your proposal, which may be rejected or accepted according to Coco Reborn's decision. The maximum validity period for the reservation is 24 months, after which time the Client may exchange this amount for another product. This reservation will not be returned.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

4.1 The nature of each product and the characteristics of the same selected by the Client will determine the period of time that elapses from when we receive the payment confirmation and the date on which the product is received.

4.2 On the Coco Reborn web pages we inform about the estimated delivery time of each article, which must always be considered and for all purposes as merely informative, exempting Coco Reborn from any liability arising in the event that these are not met.

4.3 Under no circumstances may any type of delay in receiving an order justify its cancellation or the request for compensation by the Client or third parties.

4.4 The indicative delivery times indicated for the delivery of the products to the customer will always start counting from the receipt by Coco Reborn of the actual confirmation of payment of the total amounts, so the order will not be processed until that moment. If the receipt or acceptance is received after 1:00 p.m., the order will be processed from the following day.

4.5 Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be processed from Monday of the following week or the first working day.

4.6 Deliveries will be made with postage paid by the customer making the purchase, except for purchases over €650.00 to the peninsula, which will not incur shipping costs. The cost for mainland Spain will be €10.00, the rest of Spain and Europe between €30.00 and €50.00, and the rest of non-European countries between €75.00 and €150.00.

4.7 The delivery period described will be effective in the event that the customer is not reachable at the place and time mentioned by him/her, in which case the products will be deemed delivered if he/she is not at home on the date and place of delivery indicated.

4.8 Delivery times will also depend on the availability of each product. For orders of several items, a single shipment will be made corresponding to the item with the longest delivery time. These times are for guidance purposes only and CocoReborn will do its best to comply with them.

4.9 Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the Client in his order becomes void upon acceptance of these General Conditions of Purchase.

4.10 Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the product is made available to the recipient by the carrier, and the recipient is obliged to sign for receipt of delivery. Likewise, the recipient must verify the condition in which the package is received to ensure that it is not damaged. If you detect any anomaly that could have been caused during transport and you are not satisfied, you must notify the carrier at that precise moment and you must communicate your disagreement to Coco Reborn no later than 24 hours after delivery of the items.

4.11 The customer will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the product as well as to check that it includes all the accessories indicated in the characteristics of the article shown on the Coco Reborn pages. After this time, the integrity and content of the product will be deemed accepted. 4.12 Delivery to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). Delivery will take place within 24 to 72 hours.

4.13 Delivery to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and the European Union. Delivery will take place within 2 to 7 days.

4.14 Delivery to other countries

In this case, you should contact our sales department via info@cocoreborn.com to know the delivery time.

4.15 Personalized Babies

In the case of custom-made babies with special characteristics and specifications of the Client, i.e. products made according to the Client's requests and clearly personalized, delivery will be made within a maximum period of 60 days. 4.16 Delivery in installment payment mode. The Customer will not receive the baby until the full amount of the purchase made has been paid.

5. WARRANTIES AND RESERVATIONS

5.1 CocoReborn represents and warrants that it can sell its own and third-party products through its website www.cocoreborn.com and that it is in possession of sufficient means (both in technical equipment and provision of services) for the complete sales process.

5.2 CocoReborn does not provide any guarantees regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of its products, nor regarding their full reliability or absence of errors.

5.3 CocoReborn makes every effort to ensure that the information appearing on its web pages or documents is correct, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions.

5.4 The risks regarding the integrity of the products are transferred to the Customer from the moment of delivery.

5.5 Technical Failure Guarantee

5.5.1 In the event that the purchased baby may present a technical material failure, the Client will have to contact us via email at info@mercedesalvarez.com and from CocoReborn we will respond by replacing the baby with a new one.

5.6 Satisfaction Guarantee

5.6.1 CocoReborn sends you different photos so that the Client can check that the baby fits their tastes before sending it to them. If they find that the chosen combination is not to their liking, they will have to contact us via email at info@cocoreborn.com and we will make the necessary modifications, within the possibilities we have, so that the baby is completely to your liking.

5.7 Maintenance Guarantee

5.7.1 CocoReborn offers Customers a warranty and free repair insurance for CocoReborn babies for 2 years, taking effect from the moment the baby is delivered to the Customer.

5.7.2 All repairs will be carried out only and exclusively in case of damage, a maximum of 2 times.

5.7.3 The maintenance guarantee will only be valid for the Client who made the purchase inwww.cocoreborn.com, is not extendable to potential buyers of second-hand babies or those that have been painted by another artist.

5.7.4 The repairs included in this warranty are the following:

5.7.4.1 Repair of Breaks.

5.7.4.2 Repainting (nail, lip, eyebrow, mottling and vein touch-up).

5.7.4.3 To re-mattify.

5.7.4.4 Union of members.

5.7.4.5 Gluing of eyes.

5.7.4.6 Put the Fluid System back into operation.

5.7.4.7 Eyelash repair.

5.7.5 Repairs not included in this warranty are the following:

5.7.5.1 The union of members does not include the reconstruction of limbs or body parts.

5.7.5.2 Hair replacement, if you want to replace the entire baby's hair, it would entail an expense of €100.00 at Anuk.

5.7.5.3 Partial hair arrangement, in this case the Client will have to contact us via email info@cocoreborn.com to request a quote for said arrangement.

5.7.6 Shipping costs are not included in the Maintenance Guarantee, the Customer will be responsible for these costs.

5.8 Any warranty offered by CocoReborn will cease to be effective if CocoReborn staff reliably verifies the Client's manipulation of the baby's characteristics, misuse or incorrect use or failure to follow the maintenance and care manual.

5.9 Any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product will cease to be effective if it is proven that the Customer has tampered with it or that the seals have been broken, if any.

5.10 CocoReborn guarantees that information transactions carried out through the forms on its order pages are completely secure within the current technological framework.

In the purchase forms, all operations that involve the transmission of personal data are carried out using a secure environment.

5.11 To help us improve our service. The customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer you fast and efficient attention.

5.12 In addition to the reminder of the existence of a legal guarantee of conformity for the goods, the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees.

6. RETURNS

Returns address: Coco Reborn. C/ Fuente K, 5. 18680. Salobreña. Granada. Spain.

There may be different circumstances that may lead to the return of an order.

6.1 The price marked on the baby or item may contain an error, in which case the Coco Reborn staff will inform you of the new price and you will be asked if you wish to receive it.

6.2 The baby or item received is damaged during transport. When receiving the merchandise, you must ensure that the package is in good condition on the outside and does not show any signs of having been hit. If this is the case, you must reject the shipment, informing the carrier and notifying the Customer Service department within the following 24 hours.

Once you have received your order, you must open it and check that the merchandise does not appear to have any anomalies. To make an insurance claim, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

6.3 It may happen that the Client detects a technical fault in the material, in which case he/she will contact Coco Reborn to follow the return instructions and the baby will be replaced with a new one.

6.4 Right of withdrawal.

6.4.1 The Customer has 14 calendar days after receiving the product to exercise the right to withdraw. Shipping and collection costs in the event of a return will be borne by the Customer.

6.4.2 The product can be returned up to 14 days after this communication of exercising the right of withdrawal.

6.4.3 To process the return you will have to contact us via email info@mercedesalvarez.com indicating in the subject ‘‘Withdrawal’’ and you will receive the Withdrawal Form or you can download it by clicking here.

6.4.4 The amount will be refunded to you in the same way you made the purchase. If you made the payment by deposit or transfer, you must provide us with your IBAN account number for the refund of the amount.

6.4.5 After 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal, the Client will not be able to exercise his right to withdraw.

6.4.6 The right of withdrawal will not apply to products made to order with special characteristics and specifications of the Client, that is, products made according to the Client's requests and clearly personalized.

6.4.7 In order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, Coco Reborn offers a "return guarantee", meaning that if the customer does not like the baby upon receiving it, within a period of less than 24 hours, they must notify Coco Reborn for collection. After checking in the workshop that the return has been made as it was delivered, that it has not suffered any damage or is missing any components, that it is in perfect condition, without signs of having been used or manipulated, with the hair and eyelashes intact and not damaged, the customer will be offered a change of model or replacement for another, or the amount paid will be refunded, less the reservation and shipping costs.

6.5 Likewise, and by accepting these General Purchase Conditions, the Client is informed and accepts the following requirements for making the return:

6.5.1 Be within the established period of 14 calendar days.

After this time, the Client will NOT be able to claim any amount for the return of the product or the request for its exchange.

6.5.2 The baby or item must be in perfect condition, including manuals, accessories, gifts, and in general everything that is included with the purchase. If the product is not received in its original packaging, it will suffer a depreciation that will be passed on to the consumer.

6.5.3 The product cannot have been used.

6.5.4 In any case, the serial number of the baby and item must correspond to the one in the Coco Reborn files.

6.5.5 The return of the product will always be managed by a transport agency and according to the instructions that will be sent to proceed with the return. It will not be possible to make the return directly to our facilities without prior notice.

6.5.6 The product must be perfectly packaged to avoid damage and incidents during transport.

6.5.7 The product packaging cannot be used as a postal package.

6.5.8 In cases where our after-sales department detects that the returned product has been improperly manipulated by the Customer, the return will not be accepted, and if it is accepted, the full amount paid for the purchase will not be refunded.

6.5.9 The refund of the amount will be made in the same way in which the payment was made, except when the payment was made by depositing cash into our bank account, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer.

6.5.10 CocoReborn will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

6.5.11 In general, only returns that have been previously authorized by CocoReborn will be accepted, and provided that they comply with the return conditions expressed in this document.

6.6 In the case of an exchange, the full transport and management costs are borne by the Customer. If the value of the new item is lower, Coco Reborn will refund the difference in the same way as the payment was made.

6.6 The Client may request the cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped or that has not yet begun to be sculpted. To cancel the order, the Client must send us an email to info@cocoreborn.com or call us at +34 622914850 as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be considered as a withdrawal and must comply with the provisions of the “Right of withdrawal”.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 Coco Reborn is not responsible for anything that is exclusively attributable to the Client.

7.2 Coco Reborn cannot guarantee the continued availability and delivery times of the products offered on its website. The Customer agrees to assume, within reasonable limits, delays and imperfections in the delivery service or in the availability of the product if these situations were to occur.

7.3 Coco Reborn shares the work of the sales and distribution process of its articles with other suppliers (manufacturers, handlers, packaging, management, storage, transport...etc), so if any problem or delay occurs in this process, in no case will it be held responsible for it. mercedesalvarez.com.   

7.4 Therefore, by accepting these Purchase Conditions, the Client expressly waives any claim for liability, contractual or non-contractual, damages and losses. mercedesalvarez.comFor possible problems, delays in delivery or cancellations of purchases if this were to occur.

7.5 Coco Reborn does not accept any liability arising from the sale of its products, for loss or interruption of business, for not meeting customer expectations or for any other damage to the Customer or third parties.

7.6 The use that the Client makes of the purchased products is the exclusive responsibility of the Client, in such a way that Coco Reborn is not responsible in any way (neither directly nor subsidiarily) for any direct or indirect damage that the Client could cause to himself or to third parties due to such use.

7.7 The products purchased from CocoReborn by the Client must not be used for immoral purposes or for purposes that may harm the sensitivity of third parties (of a radical, violent, racist or xenophobic nature, defamatory or other purposes that by their nature may harm or discriminate against any person or group of people, ethnicities, ideologies, sex, age, social or economic status). The use that any person makes of the products purchased from CocoReborn must always be within the framework of the law. By this document, the Client expressly exempts CocoReborn from any liability arising from the use of its products.

7.8 Under no circumstances will CocoReborn, its managers, senior officials, administrators, shareholders, agents or employees dependent on it incur any liability for any direct or indirect cause related to the Client's use of the purchased product.

8. COMMUNICATIONS

8.1 The Client undertakes to always keep the email address provided in their order operational, active and up-to-date for fluid communications with CocoReborn, as it constitutes CocoReborn's preferred means of communication for the agile and problem-free management of the sales management process.

8.2 If the Client wishes to change the contact email address provided when making the purchase, he/she must do so via email communication, complying with the security requirements demanded by CocoReborn in order to verify the legitimacy of the request, so that communication between both parties is never interrupted.

8.3 The Client shall be responsible for any consequences that may arise from the lack of operation of his/her email address or from the absence of communication to update said data in our records.

8.4 In the event that the Client is assigned individual registration and authentication data for legitimate access to the CocoReborn web pages (such as username, keys or passwords), the Client will be solely responsible for their use, protection and maintenance of their confidentiality. The use of these identifiers and their communication to third parties will occur under the sole responsibility of the Client, the latter being ultimately responsible for purchases, communications or actions carried out using said data.

9. LEGAL INFORMATION

9.1 The Client under 14 years of age needs the consent of his/her parents, guardians or legal representatives to make the purchase in www.cocoreborn.com. The Client acknowledges being over 14 years of age or having the corresponding consent of his/her parents, guardians or legal representatives to make purchases and payments through the CocoReborn pages.

9.2 The Client shall indemnify CocoReborn for all expenses that may arise in the event that they are charged by the Client (or by third parties related to the Client due to the purchase), in any cause whose responsibility is not directly attributable to it, including in such compensation the fees and expenses of CocoReborn's lawyers, even when the judicial decision is not final.

9.3 In any matter not provided for in this document, as well as in the interpretation and resolution of conflicts that may arise between the parties as a result thereof, Spanish legislation will apply.

9.4 If any conflict or difference should arise between the buyer and seller in the interpretation and execution of this document, and it is not resolved by mutual agreement, it will be resolved at the request of either party and after written communication to the other, through arbitration.

9.5 The Client has the possibility of resolving possible incidents that arise when purchasing an item through the link to the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution) or by clicking onhttps://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=ES 

9.6 These General Contract Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any conflicts that may arise, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile, the place where the obligation is fulfilled or the place where the property is located if it is real estate.
