To buy a silicone baby
You can complete the entire purchasing process through our online store, where you can also find any detailed information you need.
It usually takes us from one week to two months to make a baby. If you need it sooner for a special date, please contact us and we will try to do our best.
If you cannot wait the two months we need to create your baby, you can always look at the “ Available Babies ” section of our website, which we are sure you will love. In that case, you will only have to wait the time it takes for the baby to arrive at your home.
If any of our babies do not fit you, call us so we can offer you other solutions.
Yes, you can pay for your baby in installments with an initial reservation of €100 through our online store. And then you can pay little by little, as you prefer and over the time you need, by bank transfer by sending a photo of each receipt or through our payment gateway. As soon as the payment is completed we can send your baby to you.
You can pay via PayPal (with a 3% fee) or by card through our online store. You can also pay via bank transfer or cash on delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
To find out the value of our items in your country's currency, just type "Currency converter" into Google and you'll be able to convert the price of the baby in Euros to the currency you need. Keep in mind that the currency of each country fluctuates according to the stock market, so the price changes depending on the moment.
Shipment
Shipping costs within the European Community are free for purchases over 600 euros, for purchases under 600 euros shipping costs range from 5 to 20 euros.
For any other part of the world, shipping costs are €100 to €150.
We ship anywhere in the world without any problem.
In Spain, from 24 to 72 hours. In the rest of the world, from one week to 10 days (excluding the days before the Christmas campaign). During these pre-Christmas days, shipments may take a little longer and it is therefore necessary to place orders in advance.

The accessories change depending on our supplier's availability. We always try to surprise you in the best way possible and include better quality gifts each time, replacing one with another, but above all I think the best thing of all is that the opening of the box is a super surprise.
Babies can wet their nappies when drinking from a bottle of water if they have a built-in liquid system. It is not included by default in our models, it is an extra that we can implement for €100 or €120 more depending on the model.

The models we have in the “Available” section of our website cannot be customized.
Custom-made babies can be customized to the client's taste in terms of hair type and color, as well as eye color and skin color. On the other hand, when it comes to changing the facial features of the CocoReborn baby, a new mold must be made so that it resembles as closely as possible what you want. This option has a higher cost than our models. The budget will be made in detail based on the photo you show us or what you ask us for.
All our babies come with a two-year warranty and free repair insurance, with which we promise to maintain them and repair them in case of damage. It is included with your order along with your certificate of authenticity.
