The order placed by the participant implies his/her agreement and acceptance of these General Conditions of Purchase. No stipulation made by the participant regarding these Conditions of Purchase may differ from those established by Coco Reborn, S.L.U. (hereinafter Coco Reborn).
All information contained in the web pages www.mercedesalvarez.com Regarding the training, its characteristics, duration, syllabus, prices, its purchase conditions including delivery, access and payment may be modified by mercedesalvarez.com at any time and without prior notice, in order to keep the general public promptly informed of such changes.
Some aspects of the current General Conditions of Purchase may be varied by special agreement between the participant and Coco Reborn, always with the express consent of Coco Reborn.
1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
1.1 Except for typographical errors or omissions, the characteristics as well as the prices of the courses available for sale are perfectly reflected in the different web pages that make up the site www.cocoreborn.com and www.mercedesalvarez.com.
1.2 The price of the courses and any of their characteristics may be subject to review by Coco Reborn at any time, without it having any obligation to notify such modifications to the participant by any means other than the display of such changes on its web pages. On the other hand, except for the correction of typographical errors, once the purchase of an item has been made, Coco Reborn will undertake to maintain the price in effect for the participant at the time of purchase.
1.3 TAXES:
1.3.1 The prices displayed by Coco Reborn on its website include taxes. VAT (Value Added Tax) will only be applicable to participants whose current residence is located within the specific application areas for this tax and when the participant's situation so requires, respecting in any case the Spanish and European laws regarding it.
1.3.2 Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories, so purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT.
2. ORDERS

All liability for any damages that may arise from this fact will fall entirely on the participant, excluding Mercedes Álvarez from any liability.
2.6 Any indication or query that the participant makes in the sections intended for comments in the order or in communications following it will be taken as merely informative and will not in any case condition the purchase made (the course requested, the method of payment, characteristics of the course and by extension, any of the present Conditions of Purchase).
2.7 Mercedes Álvarez also reserves the right to hold an order pending any information required from the participant. In such case, the start times will be delayed in relation to the time taken by the participant to respond.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1 The participant is responsible for paying invoices even when a third party intervenes on behalf of the participant, so the responsibility for providing authentication, access or identification data to a third party is solely and exclusively that of the participant.
3.2 Mercedes Álvarez will issue the corresponding invoice for the courses purchased and it will be sent to the participant by email so that later and if desired, it can be printed on paper to have it physically available.
3.3 In the event of a chargeback made to a credit card/paypal whose cause of the return is not due to an error directly attributable to Mercedes Álvarez, the participant will be charged an additional fee of 5% on the value of the returned amount, which will make up the costs incurred both in bank commissions and in collection management.
This amount will be charged to the participant in the terms and forms that Mercedes Álvarez considers appropriate.
3.4 In any case, Mercedes Álvarez always reserves the right to decline an order or modify its method or type of payment as it deems appropriate.
3.5 PAYMENT METHODS:
The participant can select the payment method that best suits him/her, and can pay for his/her purchase by bank deposit or transfer, credit card, or PayPal. All payments will be made free of any bank commission or other transaction-related expenses.
3.5.1 Deposits or bank transfers made from Spain as well as Pay-pal.
3.5.1.1 The participant must make the transfer or deposit of the corresponding payment into the IBAN Bank Account number provided when placing the order.

3.5.2.1 In addition to the provisions of the previous section, you must take into account that any bank fees for currency exchange will be borne by the participant.
3.5.2.2 When ordering an international transfer, the participant must always inform his or her bank that it will be responsible for any bank fees and expenses arising from the transaction.

3.5.3 Payments by credit card charge (Authorized by the entity).

4. REGISTRATION

4.2 The period for receiving access to the content is determined by the time that elapses between when the course is selected and when we receive confirmation of payment.
4.3 Under no circumstances will any type of delay in receiving access to the platform justify the cancellation of the course or the request for compensation by the participant or third parties.
4.4 Purchases made on Fridays after 7:00 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be processed from Monday of the following week or the first business day.

4.8 The participant will receive access to the platform for the start of the course by email to the address provided to Coco Reborn.

4.10 In the event that Coco Reborn verifies that access has been provided to a third party without their consent, the participant will immediately lose the right to access the platform and will not be able to request a refund or any compensation for not having fully completed the training.

4.12 The participant may consult the content for 1 year from the moment that Coco Reborn provides access to it. After this time, the participant will lose the ability to access the platform.
4.13 The course registration fee does not include the materials needed to complete the course. The course contains a chapter dedicated to the materials needed and where to purchase them.
4.14 At the end of the course, the participant will automatically receive a certificate of participation in the training course.
5. WARRANTIES AND RESERVATIONS
5.1 Coco Reborn does not provide any guarantees regarding the results that may be obtained from the training.
5.2 Coco Reborn makes every effort to ensure that the information appearing on its web pages or documents is correct, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions.
5.3 Coco Reborn guarantees communication during the support time acquired by the participant to resolve any questions that may arise between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
The periods in which support is not active are the last week of July and the first week of August, as well as the last week of December and the first week of December. It will also not be available on holidays or weekends.
5.4 Coco Reborn guarantees access to the platform with the training content for one year from when the participant receives access.

6. RETURNS

6.2.5 The right of withdrawal will not apply to:

7. RESPONSIBILITIES

7.5 Under no circumstances will Coco Reborn, its managers, senior officials, administrators, shareholders, agents or employees dependent on it incur any liability for any direct or indirect cause related to the participant's use of the purchased course.
8. COMMUNICATIONS
8.1 The participant undertakes to always keep the email address provided in their purchase operational, active and up-to-date for fluid communications with Coco Reborn, as it constitutes Coco Reborn's preferred means of communication for the agile and problem-free management of the sales management process.
8.2 If the participant wishes to change the contact email address provided when making their purchase, they must do so via email, complying with the security requirements demanded by Coco Reborn in order to verify the legitimacy of the request, so that communication between both parties is never interrupted.
8.3 The participant will be responsible for any consequences that may arise from the lack of operation of his/her email address or from the absence of communication to update said data in our records.
8.4 Coco Reborn will provide the platform's access data to the participant, who will be the sole party responsible for its use, protection and maintenance of its confidentiality. The use of these data and their communication to third parties will occur under the sole responsibility of the participant, who will be ultimately responsible for any communications or actions carried out using said data.
9. LEGAL INFORMATION
